At Comidistech we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect through this website, for what purpose, who we share it with and what rights you have. Comidistech operates internationally; depending on your place of residence, different regulations may apply — primarily the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR) for users in the European Economic Area, and United States privacy laws (including California's CCPA/CPRA).

2. What data we collect
Only the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: your name, email address and the content of your message. We do not collect data automatically, nor do we use tracking cookies or analytics tools.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process your data for the sole purpose of handling and responding to your enquiry or request. It is not used for marketing communications unless you expressly authorize it. The legal basis for processing is your consent, which you give by checking the acceptance box and submitting the form; you may withdraw it at any time.
4. Recipients and international transfers
To manage form submissions we use the provider FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which processes the message and forwards it to us by email, acting as a data processor. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except where legally required.
Comidistech LLC is based in the United States, so your data may be processed and stored there. If you contact us from the European Economic Area, this involves an international transfer of data outside the EU; by submitting the form you consent to this transfer for the purpose of handling your request.
5. Retention
We retain your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, thereafter, for any legally required periods. Once it is no longer needed, it is deleted.
6. Your rights
If you reside in the European Union (GDPR): you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability. You can exercise them by emailing info@comidistech.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.
If you reside in the United States (e.g. California, CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what data we hold, to request its deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. 7. Minors
This site is not directed to minors and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 14 (EU) or under 13 (US). If you believe a minor has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. We will post any changes on this page, indicating the date of last update.
